Subject to the conditions below, glitzextreme.com accepts return of products within seven days of delivery:

glitzextreme.com will not accept return of any products without the original packaging and documentation and will not accept return of products on the basis of a price alteration or fluctuation. glitzextreme.com will not refund for incorrect choice or unwanted purchases. No return or refund is possible on custom-made items.

glitzextreme.com will not accept return of any purchase if glitzextreme.com has not been informed in writing (email) prior to the intended return stating the reason for return. glitzextreme.com cannot be held liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of the return of any purchase.

Where glitzextreme.com accepts a returned product, the registered user’s credit card will be refunded minus the original shipping costs. Shipping costs are only ever refunded if the reason for return of a product is determined to be as a result of a glitzextreme.com mistake as determined by glitzextreme.com. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the product. Returned items will be examined once received and you will be advised by email if your returned item will be replaced or your credit card refunded or the returned item does not qualify for refund or replacement.

Please place the original documentation in the package and re-wrap securely. Return postage must be prepaid and insured - C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.  All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the user/consumer.

The return procedure (including placing the return request and sending back return items) must be completed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
